I Like Big Butts by La-Vita-a-Bella I Like Big Butts by La-Vita-a-Bella
In logging terms, a tree with an expansion of the lower end is called butt swell. I'd say this tree has quite a lot of junk in the trunk. :giggle:

The green is the same because that's how it looks where I live. I wouldn't have it any other way!

lol the green is hued and saturated, everybody can see that.

The green is not hued and the saturation is only increased minimally. Come to the Pacific Northwest sometime and see for yourself!

Oke I believe you.

But succesful people needs to know why they can't so they can figure out how they can. ;)

That quote came about because so many people whine about how they can't do this and they can't do that....which is just an excuse not to do it. When I want something, I don't sit there and whine about why I can't do it....I figure out how I CAN do it. If you want something bad enough, you can usually figure out a way to make it happen. There are limitations, though.....no amount of wanting is ever going to make me a famous singer....unless I use some kind of voice-changer. lol!

It would take a long time to fall this tree...but it would yield a lot of wood. I hope this forest stays protected, though....old-growth forests are so much more interesting.

I've been to old growth forests out west when I was a child. There are not old growth forests where I live. Let's hope they do stay protected.

We have quite a few old growth forests here in the Pacific Northwest. I love them and hope they stay protected and preserved. :icontreehuggerplz:

You need to have Manute Bol stand next to it... for contrast.

Excellent shot. Someday, no shit, I plan to see those bad boys.
