What better way to spend a Sunday but sitting here, listening to the waterfall with your sweetie...

...okay, I was busy taking pictures and my sweetie was reading. He loves me so much he patiently waits for me to take my pictures and do my little happy dances when I like what I've captured.

Thanks! I'm good! I've been out shooting a lot. Been down in Oregon a few times and then up over to the Hoh Rainforest and that area one weekend. How about you? Whatcha been up to?

Haven't been out to much lately. I need to get back out there, going crazy. Beautiful pictures Paula. Just love what you can do with the camera.

Thanks so much, Steve! One of my favorite shots I've gotten this year is of a Black Kite (think hawk) in Sydney, Australia when we went in April. [link] The Sydney skyline in the background made it such a unique-looking shot. Oh, and I did a panoramic shot of a cathedral in Sydney with my infrared camera that I thought was pretty good, too [link]
I hope you are able to get out to do some shooting soon. Things are starting to get all green and nice out there! If you like eagles, try Seabeck by Hood Canal. I was there last weekend and counted at least 15 of them, plus just as many blue herons. :D

Sounds like a good plan! :) Do you ever use the WTA website to find hikes?

:iconheyfever99:
I've used WTA & I also have some hiking books or use the internet. Sometimes I get onto Google Earth & pick an area where I might want to go & look at some of the pictures in the area using the little yellow guy on the zoom in & zoom out part of the map.

I usually pick a hike because of a picture I saw of that area...but the hike of the week on wta is also a motivator. :) I am slowly but surely collecting all the falcon guide hiking books.
