I grew up in Spokane and then lived for 6 years in Seattle. Broadway, Lake City Way area while I attended and graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle.

I live in Yakima....not the most amazing spot, but it's easy to get to a lot of great spots from here. :D

You sure do seem to manage just fine from where you are. :) We can't always live in the best or most accessable places, but as you are doing, we just make the most of where we are and where we can get to. :)

I'm willing to drive about 6 hours (on a weekend) to get to something good so that leaves me with a lot of roaming space. :D
And I love the sunshine of Yakima. 300 days a year of it. :sun:

Yeah, except for all the traffic to your west, you've got all kinds of possibilites! I was born and raised in California but wasn't into photography at the time. But my family lives down there so I get down there once in awhile. But I'd rather photograph than visit. lol!
This weekend I want overcast weather as I am going to many waterfalls and the sun really makes for harsh lighting conditions. But the forcast is for clouds and some rain so as long as I get that, I'll be happy! :giggle:
