So, is it a Red Fox that is black, or a Black Fox named Red..?

Well... that does make more sense.  We had red fox in upstate New York, but I don't recall ever seeing one that was this color.  That something unique to the area?

It's a color variation.  This color occurs in most of the Northern Hemisphere and Australia.

Yeah, I think this one and the other fox it was with are little beggars.  I don't feed the wildlife, but other people do and they associate people with food.

I dont either, but they were so damn good at break n enter and subterfuge, I swear one was on the skidoo (OH WHERE WAS MY CAMERA) while i was watching this twerp another suck in and got an old bag a sandwiches! Was a great game for us to stay a head of em!LOL
