Waterfall

I'll start off by saying congratulations on capturing this beautiful image. You've composed it really well with the falls in the upper right thirds of the frame and then having the stream rushing through the frame and out the bottom left corner, really makes a clean composition and balances everything out. The monochrome conversion was a wise move, really added some great contrast and clarity to the scene. My only concern here is you've got some nasty highlights in the water, not sure how easy that would be to correct but I'm sure it's possible.
